Smoking Meats

Whole or half chicken, beef, or pork steak or ribs

Completely cover meat with Wilby's Honey Mustard and let stand for 30 minutes. Then lightly cover meat evenly with ZardaQ BBQ Rub, or one you prefer. Smoke meat at low heat until done. Completely cover meat with a sweet BBQ sauce you prefer. Put back on grill for 30 to 45 minutes to glaze.
