Mustard-Vinegar Marinade

Tenderizes and adds flavor to pork and poultry.

1/2 cup Wilby's Honey Mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon dry sage
1 tablespoon dry bay leaves
1 clove garlic, crushed

Mix mustard and vinegar. Add garlic, sage and bay leaves. Mix while adding oil. Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
