Mustard Glazed Corned Beef Brisket
1 boneless corned beef brisket with seasoning packet
6 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
2 cups water
6-7 tablespoons Wilby's Honey Mustard
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place brisket in roasting pan; sprinkle with garlic, seasoning packet and peppercorns around and over brisket. Brush top with 3-4 tablespoons Wilby's Honey Mustard. Add water. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 3-3 1/2 hours or until brisket is fork tender. Uncover and remove brisket to a broiler pan. Generously coat the brisket with remaining mustard. Place under broiler for 4-5 minutes until mustard is bubbly and brown. Carve diagonally. Serve with additional mustard.
